Spinning 45 Ballerina

Something on television pisses me off, an other cover of Hallelujah. This is one of the perfect songs in pop history, everyone loves it, because it’s great. Keep this in mind though, you can never ever sing it cooler than Leonard Cohen, and you can never ever make it more, well, eh, easily accessible than Jeff Buckley did he’s dead and used to be pretty so he has you licked. But people persist, they make the own confused versions. The girl on television made the “the baffled king” turne into ”the bauford king” or something like that. It reminded me of an other red headed girl who covered Kate Bush songs. They're perfect, you can’t improve them or make them your own. So stop it. Omg, and on the other channel we have Hallelujah Live; has been’s and people from idol performing there shambolic rendition. (One of Norway’s more horrible movie successes, ”Vinterkyss” only used the Buckley version and nothing ells for it’s soundtrack.) People are idiots.
